Trench and mom jeans street style

The trench is the must-have outerwear for the strange transition from winter to spring. Although bomber jackets are super in this season, the trench is the timeless piece that needs to be in your wardrobe. I have some of them in different colours and shapes and are ideal for all kind of looks. The one on these pictures in mustard is light, wide and creates a great movement when you are walking. I love how it combines with all shades of blue, so I paired it with the fun croco printed top and mom jeans, another must this spring. The bag is the special accessory here, full of small colorful flowers. Once again, El Born quarter in Barcelona is the setting of the pictures, where we went for a delicious brunch. La gabardina es esa pieza clave para la extraña transición del invierno a la primavera. Aunque las cazadoras bomber estén muy de tendencia esta temporada, el reinado de las temporales gabardinas sigue ahí y son un básico en que no debe faltar en ningún armario. Yo tengo varias en distintos colores y formas y son perfectas para casi cualquier tipo de estilismo. La que llevo en las fotos en mostaza es ligera y amplia y me gusta mucho ese movimiento que se crea al caminar con ella. Su color combina perfectamente son los tonos de azul, por ese decidí llevarla con el divertido top lleno de cocodrilos y los mom jeans, otra pieza que está muy in esta primavera. Una vez más, el escenario de las fotos es el precioso barrio del Born de Barcelona, donde fuimos a comer un delicioso brunch. Por cierto, estad al tanto, ya que estoy preparando un post hablándonos de esos sitios para brunch en Barcelona que he ido probando. ¡Buena semana!

Neoprene bomber jacket

This neoprene jacket is some sort of a bomber jacket, although it hasn't got the elastic hem. It has got a similar shape and can make any outfit look cooler. Today's look hasn't got any mystery; comfortable and urban to stroll around Barcelona. I wore mom jeans, a printed jumper, the jacket and masculine shoes with playful laces for a fun touch. The photos were taken in my favorite quarter of Barcelona, El Born. The day wasn't sunny and it is reflected on the pictures; I love this grey colour on the images.

Esta cazadora de neopreno no llega a ser una chaqueta bomber, a falta del elástico en el bajo, pero casi. Tiene un corte similar y se presta a dar ese punto especial a cualquier look. El look de hoy no tiene ningún misterio; cómodo y urbano para pasear por Barcelona. Me puse mi mom jeans, un jersey vistoso, la cazadora y unos de mis zapatos masculinos a los que les añadí el punto divertido jugando con los cordones. Las fotos las hicimos en una de las calles de mi barrio preferido de Barcelona, El Born. El día no estaba muy soleado y el ambiente de las fotos ya lo refleja; me encanta ese color grisáceo tienen las imágenes.

Pink top and flower earrings

Yes, I'm a pink addict. The pink top is the star of this street style, bright and capable of getting all the attention. This time I wore it in a sophisticated way, pairing it with the marvelous flower earring. It came with a pair, but I like how it looks single. My favorite baggy leather pants, pumps and a knit coat over my shoulders complete the look. How would you wear this kind of earrings? You'll see them many more times here and on my social networks. I think it will also look so good with a topknot too. Do you have pink in your wardrobes? I have it in different shades. Sí, soy una loca del rosa, ese color tan cursi y a la vez tan alegre. En el street style de hoy es el color protagonista, brillante y capaz de acaparar todas la miradas en ese tono rosa chicle tan divertido. Esta vez he apostado por llevarlo en clave sofisticada, ayudándome de el maravilloso pendiente de flor que fue amor a primera vista; venía con su par, pero me apeteció más ponerme solo uno. ¿Usáis el rosa para vestiros? ¿Cómo llevaríais este tipo de pendientes? Sé que es atrevido y a simple vista puede parecer poco posible, pero yo creo que le voy a sacar partido llevándolo de distintas maneras, y le da un punto muy guay a cualquier conjunto.

Barcelona street style

This was my street style for a day walking the city of Barcelona. Comfort is one of my priorities when dressing and this look reflects it. However, this doesn't mean giving up style and this look is a good example of it. All the garments are special by their own and also make a great team together. The oversize white T-shirt is the perfect basic to combine with everything and create nice volumes. The leather baggy pants are one of my favourites and have appeared on the blog many times, I'm loving them and their feminine-masculine vibes. A new piece in my wardrobe is this bicolour backpack with navy style rope. And the shoes...what can I say about them? I'm in love with them and are ideal to be worn with everything. La comodidad es una de mis prioridades a la hora de vestir y este look es reflejo de ello. Sin embargo, eso no significa renunciar al estilo. Todas las piezas del look me parecen especiales por separado y hacen a la vez un combo perfecto. La camiseta blanca oversize es un básico comodín perfecto y es que me encanta que una prenda tan simple sea tan ideal y ayude a crear bonitos volúmenes según cómo se lleve. Los pantalones baggy de polipiel de talle alto ya lo habéis visto por aquí más veces y los seguiréis viendo, ¡los adoro!; sientan de lujo, acentúan la cintura y tienen un rollito entre femenino y masculino que me encanta. La mochila bicolor es una pieza nueva en mi armario y va a acompañarme mucho este verano; es cómoda, original y me gusta mucho su cuerda gruesa de cuero de estilo marinero. Overalls are one of those perfect garments for this crazy spring time. They are cool and playful, offering many possibilities. Denim overalls are the most seen, but I've opted for a khaki one. How to wear carrot pants

Loving my khaki carrot pants! Khaki is a colour that season after season appears, sometimes associated to military vibes but also to a safari style. It combines with many colours and specially like how it matches with reds and mustards. What I like the most about my new brand trousers is their carrot shape. But, what are really carrot pants? Normally they are tight and high at the waist, wider at the hips/top and tapered toward the bottom. They create a very feminine silhouette, accentuating the waist. The flatform sandals are new in my closet too and are a design by Meraki, a new shoe brand in Barcelona that for sure will be a total success, because they have contemporary fresh designs to dress our feet. Do you like this kind of pants?

¡Me encantan mis pantalones khaki de corte zanahoria! El color khaki aparece temporada tras temporada, muchas veces asociado al estilo militar, pero también a uno más de safari. Combina con muchos colores y me gusta especialmente como casa con los rojos y los mostazas. Además del color, lo que más le gusta de mis nuevos pantalones es su forma de zanahoria. Pero, ¿qué son realmente los pantalones carrot? Normalmente tienen talle alto, ajustados a la cintura y más ancho en la zona de las caderas y van ajustándose hacia abajo, creando una silueta muy femenina. Para llevarlos, mejor tops por dentro o cortitos, para que se vea bien la forma de la cintura y la cadera. Por otro lado, las sandalias, que son también nueva adquisición, son un diseño de Meraki, marca de calzado barcelonesa que he descubierto recientemente y me encanta por sus piezas actuales, frescas y de líneas minimalistas. ¿Os gusta ese tipo de pantalones?

The long shirt

How flattering can be a fluid long shirt like this! I love how it dances while I'm walking and the fabric floats. In this look I'm wearing it open, as an over-shirt, with basics and my new favourite shoes. It can also be worn as a dress or as a shirt in many other ways. I have many looks in mind with it, you'll see them.

¡Qué favorecedora puede llegar a ser una fluida camisa larga como ésta! Me encanta como baila y flota en el aire mientras camino. En las fotos de hoy las llevo a modo de sobrecamisa, abierta encima de un look formado por básicos y mis nuevos zapatos que adoro. Polabox y Fashion Pills

Cuando Polabox y Fashion Pills me contactaron para hacer una colaboración no me lo pensé dos veces. Ambas marcas me encantan y os he hablado otras veces de ellas. Polabox es de origen francés, y te permite imprimir tus fotos (las de tu ordenador y redes sociales) en distintos formatos; el más popular es en una cajita llena fotos de un bonito estilo retro. Fashion Pills es una tienda online de moda en la que, además de tener su propia colección de prendas, podéis comprar de otras marcas y piezas vintage. Para aunar ambas marcas, quisimos hacer un shooting especial y delicado en casa. Unas fotos distintas a las habituales, que quisimos cuidar con mimo. When Polabox and Fashion Pills contacted me for a collab I didn't hesitate a moment. I love both brands and have used them before. The first one allows you to print your pictures in different formats; the most popular one is a box with retro style pictures. The second one is a fashion online shop, where you can find their own collection, other brands and vintage clothing. To mix both brands we wanetd to make a special delicate shooting at home. The ones who visit my blog regularly know that I'm a fan of masculine shoes. I'm never bored of them and a new pair is always welcome. These cut out bluchers with chunky sole by Sixtyseven shoes are the new apple of my eye. The whole look is comfortable and easy, for a lunch date with my boy and a walk around Barcelona old streets; rolled up pants, message T-shirt and neoprene jacket in contrast. The shoes catch all the attention.

Quienes visitáis mi blog de forma regular sabéis que soy una autentica fan de los zapatos masculinos. Nunca me canso de ellos y un nuevo par es siempre bienvenido. Estos de piel perforada en blanco y con suela dentada son la nueva niña de mis ojos. Me encanta ese tipo de suela más cañera, más basta y con personalidad. El look no tiene ninguna complicación y es comodísimo, para salir a comer fuera con mi chico y pasear por las callecitas viejas de Barcelona: pantalones con vuelta en el bajo, camiseta con mensaje y chaqueta de neopreno en contraste. Asics Tiger

It's incredible how a pair of shoes can change a whole look. This time, I'm wearing my new brand Asics Tiger sneakers and they give a total different style to an outfit that, worn with pumps could be sofisticated, and with them looks sport chic. We tend to be scared to add this kind of footwear to our everyday looks, setting it aside just for the gym. The thing is that I love how they feel in streetstyle. For a comfy morning I paired them with one of my favourite leather pants and and a semitranspared top. How do you wear your sneakers?

Es increíble como los zapatos que escojamos pueden cambiar por completo un look. Esta vez llevo mis nuevas zapatillas Asics Tiger y aportar un estilo totalmente a un look que, de llevar unos taconazos sería más sofisticado, y con ellas tiene un puntillo sport chic que me encanta. Aún tendemos a asustarnos a llevar este tipo de calzado en nuestro día a día, por mucho que nos lo hayan enseñado en mil fotos de revistas y lookbooks de marcas, y lo relegamos al gimnasio. Sin embargo, me gusta mucho como sientan en el streetstyle. The denim dress

The denim dress is a girlish piece that can be worn from the beginning of spring all the way to the end of summer. The strap one I'm wearing today is very versatile and I couldn't wait for summer to wear it and have adapted it for the temperamental spring weather. I've given it a twist by being worn as a pinafore with a denim jacket over my shoulders and sneakers; it makes a comfortable casual look to walk the city all day. How do to style your denim dresses? Los vestidos tejanos son piezas femeninas que podemos llevar desde el principio de la primavera hasta finales de verano y bien entrado el otoño. El de tirantes que llevo hoy es bastante versátil y, cómo no podía esperarme al verano para llevarlo, lo he adaptado al temperamental tiempo primaveral. Le he dado un giro de estilo usándolo a modo de pichi con una camiseta fina debajo y la cazadora tejana sobre los hombros. Back to basics

This look is the clear example of how important basics are in a wardrobe. I have worn this camel turtleneck and the leather pants in many looks lately creating different styles. There's no need to have a big closet with lots of clothes, just having the right ones you can combine in a great range of ways is the essential. And don't get tired of these two pieces, because they'll appear on the blog more. Maybe, if spring arrives some day, the top will be left on the wardrobe till fall arrives again soon, but the leather pants and I will be good friends this spring. The element that adds a pop of colour here is the beautiful bag by PepaLoves, with the metal horse. Another garment that you'll see around many more times for sure. Have a great Tuesday!

Este look es un claro ejemplo de lo importante que son los básicos. He llevado este jerséis fino de cuello alto en camel y los pantalones de piel en varios looks creando estilos distintos. A pesar de lo que a veces creemos, no es necesario tener un súper armario lleno de ropa para ir con estilo y diferente cada día. Basta con tener los básicos adecuados y algunas piezas un poco más especiales para poder crear casi infinitas combinaciones de las que nunca nos cansaremos y nos sacarán de más de un apuro. Espero no os canséis de estas dos piezas porque seguirán apareciendo más por aquí, aunque espero que el top acabe pronto en el armario hasta el otoño que viene (¡a ver si llega ya la primavera!). Spring jacket

The key to bear with the temperamental spring weather, when one day is raining and the next is hot and sunny, is having the right outerwear. Lightweight jackets are the perfect friends to our spring looks. This kimono jacket, that I've worn in many ways this winter, is going to be a great piece this season in my wardrobe too. La clave para sobrellevar el alocado tiempo primaveral, en el que un día llueve y al otro sale un sol radiante, es hacerse con las chaquetas adecuadas. Las más finas serán las mejores amigas de nuestros looks de entretiempo. Este kimono de algodón que me he puesto mucho en invierno, seguirá siendo mi aliado perfecto esta primavera, tanto para abrigar lo suficiente como para aportar estilo. Spring is coming

La primavera está al llegar. Ya se van notando los días más largos y las buenas temperaturas al mediodía. Ya vamos pensando en calorcito y en sol. Sin embargo, estos días de entretiempo antes de que el calor de verdad llegue, son una autentica locura y siempre por las mañana nos viene la duda de qué ponernos y con qué nos va a sorprender hoy el tiempo. Yo suelo optar siempre por llevar conmigo una chaqueta o abrigo de entretiempo y me decanto más por los pantalones, ya que no me acabo de ver aún llevando las piernas al aire y tampoco me apetece ponerme medias, a excepción de las tipo plumetti o algunas un poco más finas, ya que soy anti medias color carne. He descubierto la tienda online de Esprit.es hace poco y he visto que tienen básicos imprescindibles para mi fondo de armario de primavera. Los abrigos de entretiempo me han llamado mucho la atención, no sólo por su textura sino también por sus colores.

He creado un par de looks de día a día con prendas que podéis encontrar en su web, para que os sirvan de inspiración. Uno más casual y cómodo, pero sin perder un ápice de estilo. Y otro más chic, que podría ser perfecto para quienes han de ir más arregladitas a la oficina pero no quieren optar por el típico uniforme de camisa + pantalón de pinzas. Ambos looks, perfectos para una mujer todoterreno que sale por la mañana de casa para ir al trabajo y luego se va de afterwork con las amigas y de cena con su chico.

Spring is coming and cold days are arriving to an end. However, these days before the real heat arrives are totally crazy and there's the need to wear at least a piece of outerwear to use in the cooler moments of the day. During these periods of the year I choose lightweight coats and I prefer wearing trousers, as I don't feel in the mood of going bare-legged yet, but neither wearing tights.

Tomboy style

Tomboy style doesn't mean you're not feminine. I love how elegant and attractive can look girls with such a masculine style. The key is in choosing the right garments to complete the look. The pants are essential; a nice pair like the ones I'm wearing today can infuse the cool touch you may be looking for: high waist, wide leg and great pattern design. The rest is made by the accessories. A total different look in contrast with the one I posted on Tuesday. One day I feel more girlish, another day I need something more masculine, but I'm always myself. ¡Enjoy your day!

Apostar por un estilo tomboy no quiere decir restar feminidad. Me encanta lo elegante y atractiva que puede estar una mujer en un estilo tan masculino. La clave está es saber escoger bien las piezas y cuidar los detalles. Los pantalones son esenciales; un bonito par como el que llevo puede añadir ese aire estiloso que andas buscando: cintura alta que acentuamos con cinturón, pernera ancha y un buen trabajo de patronaje. El resto lo hacen los complementos. Un look totalmente distinto al que os enseñé el martes. Unos días me siento más femenina y otras me apetece tirar por lo masculino, pero siempre siendo yo. Camel and blue

I find camel a very cool colour that can instantly add style to a look. This simple camel turtleneck paired with one of my favourite skirts (there are many looks with it on the blog) make a flawless combo. The special piece in this look is the knit spring coat from ICHI. I'm tired of winter garments, but still need something to warm me up when cold hits, so it's perfect. I will keep on using it in spring, so you'll see other ways to wear this kind of pieces. Encuentro el color camel muy elegante y que añade estilo a cualquier look al instante. Este simple jérsey de cuello alto combinado con una de mis faldas preferidas en tonos similares hacen una combinación perfecta. La pieza más especial de este conjunto es el abrigo de punto primaveral de Ichi. Estoy ya un poco cansada de las prendas invernales, así que ésta me viene de lujo para resguardarme de frío como éste aprieta. Naf Naf in Paris

Paris and its cobblestoned streets again. This time wearing a look that I bought there; I couldn't resist to this skirt that caught my attention in a shop window, the top came with me too. Comfy to walk the city and be able to enjoy it all with no problem. Happy Monday!

Seguimos con París y sus calles de adoquines. Esta vez con un look que compré en la ciudad; no pude resistirme a esa falda de especial estampado vichy que me hacía ojitos en un escaparate y la camiseta también cayó. Comfy in Paris

We shot this streetstyle in Paris, where we spent last weekend. I'm in love with cobblestoned streets; beautiful with all this mosaic of grey stones, but I must admit that they are horrible for my feet. I choose a comfy outfit for a long day walking the city; it's my third time in Paris and I always want to get the most out of it. What a gorgeous place in the world! What kind of clothes you wear when you travel?

Tomamos estas fotos de streetstyle en París, donde estuvimos el fin de semana pasado. Me tienen enamorada las preciosas calles adoquinadas, con todo ese mosaicos de piedras grises que te acaban destrozando los pies, sí, pero que tienen mucho encanto. Chambray dress

Denim is one of the fabrics par excellence, mostly linked to a casual and urban estilo, but it has been reinvented for years in different styles. Today I'm wearing it in a summery and fresh dress. It's not denim at all, but a version of it, chambray, which is thinner and softer, perfect for these hot days.

El denim es uno de esos tejidos por excelencia, mayoritariamente asociado a un estilo casual y muy urbano, pero que se ha ido reinventando con los años adquiriendo muchos estilos. Yo os lo traigo hoy en un vestido muy veraniego y fresquito. No es denim del todo, sino una variante de éste, chambray, que es más fino y suave. El canesú a rayas y el cuello bebé le dan un aire divertido que me gusta mucho. Perfecto para los días de calor que estamos teniendo.

Neutral colours

I'm mixing prints and textures again; in small doses to create a chic look but not too showy, using neutral colours. It's a good way to reuse garments from other seasons and never get bored of wearing them. How's been your week? It's already Thursday, yeah!
