Cheesecake recipe

The cheesecake is one of my favourite cakes in all its versions. I've tried many different recipes from the fresh ones that don't need oven to the multiple baked versions. The one I'm describing you today is the quickest and easiest I've made and the result is delicious and spongy. About 10 minutes of preparation and 35-40 minutes in the oven. Are you a fan of cheesecakes? Get on with it!

Green smoothies

At home we've become addicted to green smoothies. They are healthy, delicious and they can be made of many different fruits and vegetables. We bought a blender specially to make them and, since then, we've tried many different combinations. The colourful ones that I'm showing you today are made mixing the fruits you can find in all supermarkets. The ginger is the most special vegetable in these juices but you can find it nowadays in almost every grocery shop. An injection of vitamins to your body in an easy and delicious format. When the juices are in the glasses I like adding some seeds to them as sesame, oat or chia. Want to try? Below you have a list of the ingredients you need.
